Chianti, "a region that has lost its way"

Check out the very interesting Eric Asimov article on Montevertine.  Especially compelling: his comments on Chianti as a whole.

Rosenthal has responded with a clarification.  Asimov seemed to imply that Rosenthal was now the producer at Montevertine; he is the importer.
