Beautiful city. Maybe the all-round prettiest in Italy. At least as far as I've seen so far. Gorgeous surroundings. And they seem to speak Italian.
Delicious but rather expensive lunch at Scrigno del Duomo in the Piazza del Duomo. Franco Zanella, sommelier, had us try a very unusual Sauvignon Blanc by a small producer Maso Frule. I'd give it a 2.5 glass rating.
I'm sitting in the car--not driving for a change. Ergo this is short but brief. So, tired but happy, I shall bid you a fond adieu...

T,
since you're in Trento area, try venturing to Trentino alto adige. There's a winery, Kellerei Cantina Tramin, they produces good white wine in my opinion and the wine maker is a humble and nice man, Mr. Willi Sturz..he's gambero rosso's 2004 italian winemaker of the year...
Trento and its surrounding including trentino alto adige is Italy's most expensive regions!
enjoy your 'giro'

Hey There,
Trento is fabulous, this weekend I was in Bassano, pretty close, home to Grappa!
Have you been there already or are you on your way! It's a beautiful town, i highly recommend you visit, feels more swiss than Italian.
