Just posted: a very favorable review of the Domenico Selections I Stefanini Monte de Toni Soave, by my blogging buddy, David McDuff.
Yes, it's the full malolactic fermentation that gives this particular wine its mouthful. No wood despite what some tasters believe. It's a very quaffable Soave, as Mr. McDuff writes. Link here to his post.
